Location fantastic although we arrived by car and hotel was difficult to find. Receptionist talked us through it as we drove and stood outside to wait for us. They have parking inside but you need to reserve. I put on my booking.com request but they didn’t forward to the hotel so suggest you deal with hotel directly for the parking. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Complementary shower gel etc very nice quality + presented beautifully. Good quality hairdryer with attachments !! Breakfast was very good although the 2 staff at breakfast a bit miserable. Reception staff very helpful and cheerful. Hotel modern but charming. Nice terrace outside for breakfast and drinks. Very close to all sights. Would highly recommend Also in July check out music festival which has top class acts

What a wonderful hotel!! Easy to find and walkable from the train station - we flew into Pisa and it’s 30 minutes on the train. The hotel is very stylish, a design hotel and feels of a very high quality. To support this, the staff were all amazing through out the stay and were very helpful. We even got an upgrade on the room. Breakfast was very good with a very wide range of offerings, the bar area was lovely. Room spacious and very well designed, equipped and very nice to look at. A massive bed which was very comfortable. Location is just amazing to explore Lucca and everywhere is within walking distance. Just a brilliant hotel and there are the remains of a Roman domus in the basement. Ask nicely and they will let you see them.

Where to start? Central location (within the city walls in Luca) but on a quiet street. Few minutes walk, and you’re near all the action! Rooms are comfortable, modern, quiet and pretty spacious. Staff are friendly and attentive, appreciated them helping us out in sorting transport when we needed to get back to Florence. Standout was the breakfast. Had some good ones throughout my travels, but the shear variety and quality made this one of the best throughout my stays. Great hotel, highly recommended

A beautiful, quiet hotel in a very peaceful corner of Lucca. No more than a 15 min walk from any of the main attractions and places you could want to visit. The room was beautifully appointed, very clean and well-maintained - particularly impressive was the very quiet air con system (it was 40 degrees celsius during my visit). Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the dining area (including outside terrace) was never busy - it’s easily big enough to accomodate all guests.

This is a beautiful hotel - very modern facilities within a gorgeous old building. The room, bathroom etc were impeccable and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely superb - an amazing choice of fresh foods, with exceptional service. Nice to be able to choose to sit outside or inside. The location within the city walls was excellent for exploring, whilst being quiet at night and was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.
